this is an entry in ~PirateQueen-Stock's contest. i hope i'm not too late with the submission, contest ends today.
stock: I don't really care if i win this, i've seen very few good entries in this contest so far, so it is really not important, i like the theme, the stock and i love how my deviation turned out. I dedicate this piece of art to my grandparents. My grandfather passed away two days ago after being in a coma for a week. His wife died a year and a half ago, and ever since she passed away, he's never been the same. When i started this piece i didn't know he was going to fall into a coma and die but as it turned out it depicts a beginning of an eternal life together, although in a morbid, vampiric kind of way i still find it was like destiny for me to make it at this time and dedicate it to them. Thanks. |
